2. Near the end of the online application, it requests information about your service provider, etc. Please select Advanced Alarm Technologies (109) from the drop-down menu. This will appear confusing because there are several providers with names similar to ours.

3. Once this permit number is obtained, please provide our office with a copy. This permit number is required by law BEFORE we can activate your system.

Please remember that it is the responsibility of the property owner to always notify the city of Little Rock when there are changes to phone numbers, contact persons, etc.

If your home is within the Little Rock city limits, you will need to obtain a permit from the City of Little Rock. Please follow these instructions for obtaining this permit. The city provides this permit free of charge but is absolutely required for all properties containing an audible alarm system. If you fail to obtain a permit and the police is dispatched to your property, you could incur a fine for each time there is a dispatch. Fines are generally in excess of $250 for each occurrence.
