My keypad says it has a low battery, is this something I can change myself?
Yes, in most cases, changing a sensor battery is similar to changing the battery in a car remote. Please click on your keypad below for more information.
If I cancel my landline/internet service will it mess up my alarm system?
If your keypad has a touchscreen then it communicates through its own cell unit inside of the panel. It does not need a landline or internet. However, if you have any cameras (not including the video motion detector) then an internet connection is required for remote viewing. If your keypad is not touchscreen, please call our office to verify the communication type.
I can not see my cameras on my phone.
Make sure your phone is not on the same local network at the camera system.Changing internet providers, or just routers, can also cause this issue. Please call the office to be walked through the port forwarding if you have a new router.

Alarm Permit Requirement – Little Rock & Conway

If your home is within the Little Rock or Conway city limits, you will need to obtain an alarm permit from the city. The permit is free of charge, but it is required for all properties with an audible alarm system. If a permit is not obtained and police are dispatched to your property, you could incur a fine for each occurrence.

1. Please apply for the permit by going to the following website: crywolfservices.com/littlerockar

2. Near the end of the online application, it requests information about your service provider. Please select Advanced Alarm Technologies (109) from the drop-down menu. This will appear confusing because there are several providers with names similar to ours.

3. Once this permit number is obtained, please provide our office with a copy. This permit number is required by law BEFORE we can activate your system.

Important: It is the responsibility of the property owner to always notify the City of Little Rock of changes to phone numbers, contact persons, etc.

Intrusion Notification Form

The Intrusion Notification Form supplies Advanced Alarm Technologies with information such as: account holder's name, premise address, home insurance, alarm call list, ect... For your protection, you must include the current password for the account you wish to modify. If the password is unknown, please call our office during normal business hours. If an incorrect password is given, the entire submission will be voided.

Insurance Certificate

If your insurance company is requiring a certificate, please provide the necessary information and we will provide a certificate in your name. We will verify the standards of which your level of security applies.

Cancel Account

If you are needing to cancel or close out your account, please click the link and provide the necessary information.
