Advanced Alarm Technologies has been an incorporated business since
1988 and our family has been protecting citizens through law enforcement, master locksmith services, security and fire alarms
since 1968.
When was your last monitoring rate increase? Do you have a consistent monitoring rate or does it change
customer to customer?
ANSWER:
Advanced Alarm Technologies has never had a monitoring rate increase! Even
with added services like opening and closing reports 24 hour test signals back-up on 800 lines and cellular transmissions
we beat'em all.
Does your company sell their accounts after you sign the contract? Then whats the need for long term contracts,
and why must I fill out a credit application?
ANSWER:
Advanced Alarm Technologies does NOT sell our accounts. Our clients are protected
and served like friends and family. That's why our business is mainly referrals we don't have to advertise for new
accounts.
Does your company automatically renew my contract each
term? Am I subject to a rate increase?
ANSWER:
Advanced Alarm Technologies does NOT have a term contract on monitoring. You will be notified if we
ever have a rate increase - Since 1988 we have never had a monitoring rate increase.
Is the equipment your company installs proprietary? If so, why is it nessecary for you to install
systems that other companies cannot service should something happen to yours? Do you have lock out codes, and will you give
them to me if we sever our business transactions?
ANSWER:
Advanced Alarm Technologies does not install proprietary equipment. We feel that if
you are not happy with our service you should be able to use the equipment that you purchased with any company. We provide
you with any programming codes necessary to change monitoring suppliers. Our attrition rate is >2%, we have
celebrated serving some of our clients since 1978.
